Sell It or Schedule It™
The sales process, “Sell it or Schedule it,” is a sales training program that I have personally devised. The goal is establishing a sense of commitment with the buyer; either sell it now, or make an appointment to sell it later.
Critical Care Coaching
I am offering to select sales team leaders a hand, a second set of ears and eyes, and decades of experience producing results with poor and middle performers – that will help yours to get better or to get gone.
I offer on-site training; guiding your sales team on how to create, market, and manage a design program in your location. I will instruct them on how to deliver an in-home design program that produces results.
